Digital Blueprint AI LLC ("Digital Blueprint AI," "we," "us") builds and manages websites and online presence for local service businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through digitalblueprintai.com and when you contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
- When you book a teardown: your name, email address, phone number, business details, and anything you add in the notes.
- When you contact us by email, phone, or text: your contact details and what you send us.
- If you become a client: the business information and account access needed to do the work you hire us for.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics (Google Analytics): pages you view, how you arrived (including campaign codes in links), your device and browser, and approximate location. We use this to understand which pages and content are useful.
- Advertising measurement (Meta Pixel): pages you view, clicks on our booking buttons, and completed bookings. We use this to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads and to show our ads to people who have visited our site.
- Hosting logs: our website host records technical details such as IP address, browser, and request time to keep the site running and secure.
- Fonts: our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers.
Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel use cookies and similar technologies. You can control them as described under “Your choices.”
How we use information
- To schedule, prepare, and hold your teardown, and to follow up about it.
- To respond to your questions and requests.
- To provide and manage services for clients.
- To understand which content, pages, and ads work, and to improve them.
- To keep the site secure and to meet legal obligations.
Text messages and calls
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your teardown or the request you made. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help at any time.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your consent to receive text messages with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as needed with:
- Service providers that help us run the business: website hosting (Vercel), scheduling (Cal.com and Google Calendar), customer management and messaging (GoHighLevel), email, and analytics and advertising (Google and Meta).
- Legal and safety needs: when required by law or to protect our rights, our customers, or others.
- A business transfer: if Digital Blueprint AI is sold or merged, information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.
Some state laws treat the use of advertising tools like the Meta Pixel as “sharing” for targeted advertising. You can opt out of that use with the links below.
Your choices
- Cookies: block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
- Google Analytics: install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
- Meta ads: adjust your Meta ad preferences, or use the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out.
- Texts and email: reply STOP to texts, or ask us by email to stop contacting you.
- Your information: email us to ask what we hold about you, or to correct or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, and we will respond within the time the law requires.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires, and then delete or anonymize it. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of the analytics provider.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of storing or sending data online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our site and services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
